5 ft Surf Forcast @ Rest bay

July 10th -  The surf report for rest bay tomorrow afternoon is 5ft, and low tide is just before lunch.

I hold no responsibility for the surf height, I am going by magic seaweed, and it has been known to be wrong in the past.

Contact Matt for more info

4 Cumec Release @ The CIWW

June 9th -17:30 changed for 18:00  The CIWW will be running its pumps at a 4 cumic release (half of the normal level).  This is to allow club paddlers to have a go at a slightly lower level. However, the course will still be moving quite fast and any paddler interested must be reasonably competent in a kayak and be comfortable swimming (floating) in fast moving water.

The normal guidelines state that children under 14 are not allowed on the water. However, Dragon Paddlers memebers under the age of 14 will be allowed on the water under the Dragon Paddlers coaches supervision.

Dragin Paddlers coaching staff have the final say in who is allowed in the water.

Those attending will need to fill in a Disclaimer, rather than the whole club turning up and filling in forms at the desk - taking quite a bit of time. Perhaps you would prefer to download the disclaimer from the Dragon Paddlers website, you can then fill it in whenever you fancy.

Important - You need to sign and date in front of CIWW staff, so leave that section blank.
